  3.  Customized Products: Customized products are produced according to your personalized needs, which are unique and non-replicable. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not supported. Before customization, please communicate fully with the merchant about the details of the product such as specifications, materials, patterns, and sizes to ensure they meet your expectations and avoid disputes caused by changes in requirements or communication errors.
  4. Non-customized Products:

The shipping cost for the return shall be borne by you. After receiving the returned product and confirming its correctness, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days, and the refund will be returned in accordance with your original payment method.

If the product is in sufficient stock, we will arrange an exchange for you and bear the one-way shipping cost for the exchange. If the product is out of stock, we will process a refund for you or recommend other similar products. Please note that special offer products are not applicable to the exchange process.
